Postcards on Postcard Holder (2019) is a reflection on the current meaning of Art and its presence in the modern world. The Postcards represent some of National Gallery's most notable paintings, but they do so in a different way. What is being displayed is the name of the artist and of his painting rather than the painting itself.

Influenced by Walter Benjamin's The Work of Art in the Age of Mechanical Reproduction and on John Berger's book and video series Ways of Seeing, the artwork is an open critique to Art's relevance nowadays.

Can art be for everyone? What is the role of the artist in the artwork? Has art become a mere commodity? These are the central questions posed in Postcards on Postcard Holder.
