The main subject of this project is the equilibrium that can be found in nature. However, I approached this theme with a critical attitude. 

Here I depict trees in their most essential characteristic, that is their inherent role of purveyors of life. I wanted to do so by using black and white film. This gave the tree a rather sinister appearance, which is in net contrast to their beauty.It is a project that wants to lay emphasis on the idea that, in their statutory elegance, trees must be cared for in an era of uncontrolled deforestation.
